Welcome Summer! It’s always so exciting to see the first of the summer fruits and vegetables popping up in our kitchens. So far I’ve seen white corn and cherries, which is a sure sign heirloom tomatoes and peaches will soon be walking through our doors. If I had to pick a season, I think this would be it; the flavors and colors of summer produce are so vibrant, they really don’t require much. It’s a time to lighten up our cooking style and let nature shine.
We have some seriously fun events planned this summer, starting with our Yes Way Rosé patio party this Thursday. Later in the month we’ll be hosting a pig roast on the patio and come July we’ll be hosting cocktail classes at Public House, and an evening with Sommelier Rajat Parr at Hawks. Come play!
