Hawks Public House 4th of July To-Go

Make this 4th of July about the fireworks and leave the cooking to us. Treat your friends and family to our 4th of July To-Go Pre-Order. This year we are offering our fall of the bone Pork Spare Ribs as the main course. Served with House Mac + Cheese and Jalapeño Cole Slaw. Don’t forget your refreshments! We are offering our Hawks Sangria, our delicious Melon Daiquiri and a bottle of Prosecco sure to keep you cool! Everything is already cooked to perfection, all you will need to do is reheat and enjoy! Reheating instructions will be provided. The last day to submit your order is June 27th, orders will be accepted until 9:00pm that evening. Pick up will be on Friday July 3rd from 12:00 – 4:00pm.

An agave cocktail class is a hands-on mixology experience focused on learning the art of crafting cocktails using tequila, mezcal, and other agave spirits. These classes are designed for both beginners and enthusiasts, offering a blend of education, tasting, and practical skill-building.

Basics of Agave Spirits:

Understand the difference between tequila and mezcal, the role of agave in production, and how to read a mezcal bottle.

Flavor Profiles:

Explore the range of tequila (citrus, pepper, structure) and mezcal (smoke, earth, texture) and how they can be layered in cocktails.

Classic + Creative Cocktails:

Work with three or more agave-based classics.

Mixology Techniques:

Learn proper shaking, stirring, and garnishing, plus how to balance sweetness, acidity, and spirit strength.

To-Go may be placed as early as Tuesday at 3pm for pick-up the following Monday starting at 5:15pm. For fast and easy pick-up, use our complimentary parking in the Sutter lot (entrance on Stockton Blvd).
