🍗 Fried Chicken

Affectionately known as “Daddy Chicken,” this dish found its way onto our menu thanks to how much Chef Mike and Molly’s kids loved it so they decided to share it with our guests. For our 10-year celebration, we gave it a little extra polish, elevating the familiar with a luxurious caviar-kissed sauce. Comfort food, celebrated!

🍫 Chocolate Crémeux 
With limited prep space, a full pastry department isn’t in the cards but luckily, talent always finds a way! Chef Frank’s chocolate crémeux with passion fruit has become a fan favorite, making special appearances over the years thanks to its creamy texture and bright, balanced finish. A heartfelt thank you to Hawks Pastry Chef Irene Levtseniuk for her consultative guidance along the way 😉

Deviled eggs may have started as a classic hors d’œuvre at family gatherings, but when we were preparing to open Hawks Public House, we noticed something happening - restaurants were bringing them back in fresh, creative ways.

Once they landed on our menu, it was clear why! They’re meant for sharing, naturally gluten-free, often vegetarian, and incredibly versatile. Turns out, the humble deviled egg plays beautifully with bold flavors and seasonal inspiration.

Ten years later, they’ve earned their place as a year-round favorite, constantly reimagined, always familiar, and forever a crowd-pleaser.

Stay tuned as we continue sharing the stories behind the dishes that shaped our first decade! Our anniversary menu is available today through January 31.
