Celebrate with a relaxed, flavor-filled spring brunch at Hawks Public House. Dine al fresco on our new patio or join us in the dining room and enjoy our 4-course prix fixed menu.

We’ll start with warm pastries for the table, followed by chilled Delta asparagus with deviled egg yolk, fried garlic, and shaved parmesan.

For your main, choose from: – Oishii Shrimp Congee + chili crunch – Spaghetti alla Carbonara + crispy guanciale + pecorino – Almond Wood Grilled Flat Iron Steak + kennebec potatoes + fried egg + béarnaise

And of course, something sweet to finish; carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts, and brown sugar gelato.

We’ll also have a special à la carte menu for kids 12 and under, making it an easy (and delicious) way to gather the whole family.
